Welcome to this Stress Guard II review page.

In this short review, I want to go over the Stress Guard II product's main elements. I don't want it to be massive this article for I think I can say what needs to be said without going on and on.

So, without any further adieu, let's talk about the Stress Guard II mouth guard product.

This product is not very well known although I consider it one of the better mouth guards on the market today. Let's qualify that statement, though. There are literally scores and scores if not hundreds of mouth guards on the market.

It's not the worst mouth guard out there, not by far. It is not, though, the best either.

Let's talk about some of its positives.

It is easily molded to your mouth and teeth. That's a good quality. It also protects the teeth adequately enough. However, it is also not very secure in the mouth. I'm genuinely amazed that so many supposed "high-quality" mouth guards are so uncomfortable and fall out of the mouth.

It's a clear sign of a lack of quality workmanship and product design.

Let's talk about product design for a moment. This Stress Guard II product is good at preventing toothaches. That's good, but at best it's average at every other main element that should be considered when one is investigating the best mouth guards available.

It is average with the relief of jaw pain, relieving headaches, reducing teeth clenching, reducing ringing in the ears, reducing jaw popping and clicking and jaw locking, and with comfort in the mouth. It's not the most overly bulky mouth guard I've ever seen but it's not the best either. This is interesting as it's kind of flimsy, actually.

For its bruxism capabilities, which is the unconscious grinding of teeth during sleep, it is average to slightly above average for the sleeping quality it gives. All in all, I'd say it's at best an average mouth guard.

Good but not great. It's adequate but not a superstar. It's better than nothing but if there was another choice, I'd go with that.
