The Doctor's Advanced Comfort Night Guard
Welcome to The Doctor's Advanced Comfort Night Guard
web page. I hope you get the information you need here so as to make the best decision possible with your dental mouth guard needs.
Okay, enough preamble. Let's talk now about the core things or elements or aspects of the The Doctor's Night
Guard Advanced Comfort mouth guard product.
This is a professionally designed mouth guard, but that doesn't mean it's perfect. It was created to
diminish the bulky feeling in the front upper lip area of the mouth. In all candor, I don't like this guard much as it's not as stable as
"The Doctor's Night Guard Classic" product, its forerunner really.
Where this mouth guard excels is with resolving teeth grinding or bruxism (the clinical term). So, if you want to safeguard or
protect your teeth due to the affects of grinding the teeth, then this would be a good choice. However, for the reduction of pain and
discomfort with TMJ- or TMD-related problems, I recommend that you try another mouth guard or mouth pad.
Other products out there in the marketplace are more efficient and just better.
Another problem that I don't like is that if the mouth guard is modified like I describe on my website, it will
probably fall from your mouth as compared to other mouth guards. You might ask, "Well, why modify it then?" The answer is because that
modification will be needed to make it perform properly.
Even though it's a professionally designed mouth guard, that doesn't mean it's perfect. Far from it, in fact.
It was designed, I think, with commercial interests in mind mostly.
Thus, it's not at the top of my list for the best mouth guard.
Other Product Factors
Before I chat about the different product factors regarding mouth guards or pads, there's one element that I
must state here before we continue.
The vast majority of mouth guards that are sold online and over the counter in pharmacies or from dental
supplies are mostly harmful to TMJ patients or sufferers.
"How can this be?" you may ask.
Well, generally speaking, the over-the-counter mouth guards or pads will cause more problems if unless they're modified.
This is a key distinction. They will at times relieve TMJ symptoms and pain for many but not with the frequency they should. In truth, they will
mostly cause more problems.
It's not a multi-pronged or multi-faceted mouth guard, either. It's designed for bruxism only and that is all.
It doesn't properly address TMJ/TMD, tension headaches, dental-related earaches, nor crepitus. Just bruxism problems.
Thus, it's not the best one on the market, in my professional opinion.
Conclusion
You will find scores and scores of mouth guards or pads available on the market. Obviously, I can't review all of them. However, I'll review the
most prominent ones in the marketplace as well as discuss the core points you should look out for in your selecting a mouth guard.
My honet review is that the best overall mouth guard is "The SmartGuard Mouth Guard" product. For more information on this night guard, please

guard.
